I am saving my iodized salt for...
1. Sprinkling on my own oil popped popcorn ( I never use microwave popcorn..it is always too salty and I don't think they use iodized salt). If you use an air popper, the salt does not cling to the popped kernels, so you may want to drizzle a little melted butter on it first, then sprinkle on your salt.
2. Mashed sweet potatoes! Just a touch of salt does the trick.
3. Boiled or soft boiled eggs...just a few grains of salt on it...Mmmm.

Very good posts on salt, Mom! So many people don't realize how much salt they're eating, especially in processed foods. I love my salt on my own baked tortilla chips. Yum!
