Armenian Bakery, Egyptian Market
The place to buy Armenian pizza...lahmajun.... in Glendora...this little bakery with lots of steady customers. They sold kibbeh frozen in bags of 20 for 20 dollars. They sold Borek (soft bread turnover) with cheese, Borek with spinach, and lahmajun (one dollar each).
The Egyptian/Middle East grocery store next door had Nazook...a tender sweet flaky rolled up pastry.
John tried the bitter melon...yes, it was bitter!
MMMmmm....some Polish food here, too...
Hummus in a can?
Sumac...what is sprinkled on humus in restaurants....
Big Medjool dates!

PIEOLOGY
We heard that PIEOLOGY-where you can order ANY kind of pizza....you watch them put on the ingredients..kind of like Subway...kind of like Chipotle...is really good..so we went to one...
It takes about 3 minutes to bake these nice thin crusted pizzas.
Joan had bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, red onions, cilantro....
John had buffalo chicken pizza with red onion and cilantro....
Our receipt....we were at the Pieology in Rancho Cucamonga.
Just a segment of the big wall of inspiring quotes they have at PIEOLOGY.....so as you eat, you can contemplate the wisdom of these quotes...
