Day 18 of 57

Breakfast: 30 almonds 5 prunes.
Lunch:  1 cup spiral pasta and 1/2 cup beans.2 and 1/2 cups chocolate coconut milk.
Supper: homemade chili.
Dessert: sliced raw apple.

Looks like I need more vegetables! Especially green ones.
